In accordance with the “Regulations Governing Standard Contracts for Individual Guests Directly Booking with Hotels,” the hotel reserves the right to collect the full amount of the reserved room rate upon confirmation of the booking.

If a guest wishes to cancel the reservation, they may notify the hotel in advance.

If the cancellation notice is received at least 3 days prior to the scheduled check-in date, 100% of the prepaid room rate will be refunded.
If the cancellation notice is received 1 to 2 days prior to the scheduled check-in date, 50% of the prepaid room rate will be refunded.
If the cancellation notice is received on the scheduled check-in date or no cancellation notice is provided, the prepaid room rate will not be refunded.
